Refund policy

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our support team (voltaraelectronics@proton.me) to receive a return authorization. As we provide free shipping on all outbound orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
